For those who do not like spicy or have to please young and old, this is the rub for you on all pork preparations as well as ribs and pulled pork. The bright colors and shades between the red of paprika and the yellows of mustard and cumin will give a nice warm and bright bark that pleases the eyes but above all the palate.
