How to use Smoke Chunks

For use on charcoal barbecues, place one or more chunks directly on the lit charcoal.

With a snake type set-up, place the chunks on both lit and unlit charcoal in order to guarantee continuous and long-lasting smoking.

For use on gas barbecues, it is necessary to create a tinfoil wrapper with holes in the top with the chunks inside to be placed directly over the lit burner.
