Our Walnut Chunks use 100% natural and pure wood as that of our European Walnut.

Our Walnut Smoke Chunks for food use are produced only with 100% natural wood, produced in the European continent from sectioned forests where the tree grows naturally without the use of pesticides.

The packaging has a volume of 4 liters, which is about 1,5 kilograms.

How to use Smoke Chunks

For use on charcoal barbecues, place one or more chunks directly on the lit charcoal.

With a snake type set-up, place the chunks on both lit and unlit charcoal in order to guarantee continuous and long-lasting smoking.

For use on gas barbecues, it is necessary to create a tinfoil wrapper with holes in the top with the chunks inside to be placed directly over the lit burner.
